Bénédicte Clouet is a Director at Econsult Solutions, Inc. She heads the business development and marketing department and manages the senior advisory board. Before moving to Philadelphia, she served in a variety of international roles, at the intersection of policy and project implementation, in fields ranging from education and internet governance to global health. She has extensive experience in project management, communication and digital marketing.
From 2008 to 2012, she worked for European Schoolnet, a network of 31 ministries of education based in Brussels, where she managed European pilot projects with public- and private-sector stakeholders with the goal of informing policies that would support the educational reform process taking place in Europe. She also coordinated under the framework of the European Commission’s Safer Internet Program a European network of 31 national awareness centers and helplines to ensure an evidence-based, multi-stakeholder approach to creating a safer and better internet.
After moving to the States in 2012, she worked as a consultant on various projects, including the rollout of a health information system and training program in Côte d’Ivoire and Haïti for the University of Washington and the definition, implementation and optimization of a digital strategy for a Seattle-based tech company. She also completed a fellowship with Education Pioneers during which she helped a charter school network in New York City integrate a student information system and improve its internal processes.
She holds a master’s degree in European Law from Paris Panthéon-Assas and a master’s degree in International Affairs from the Sorbonne University.
