Ned Rauch-Mannino is a Senior Advisor with Econsult Solutions, Inc. In addition to lending insight to ESI, Ned is the Director of Strategic Business Initiatives for the Ridge Policy Group, a government affairs and strategic consulting firm under the leadership of the nation’s first Homeland Security Secretary and former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge. Prior to joining the Ridge Policy Group, Ned represented Philadelphia’s industrial constituency as the Director of Policy and Research with the City of Philadelphia’s Urban Industry Initiative and provided government relations and strategic consulting for companies, aligned trade associations, and development authorities.
Ned is also a Senior Advisor to Econsult Solutions and a faculty member at Temple University, and in addition to the National Museum of Industrial History he presently serves on the board of the Boy Scouts of America: Minsi Trails Council and as the Vice Chair the Marcellus Shale Coalition’s Natural Gas Use Committee. Prior experience includes private consulting, non-profit roles, and committee assignments with SEPTA, Next Great City, Society and Nature International, and Philadelphia’s Green Economy Task Force.
Ned earned a graduate degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University; he also earned Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Journalism with Temple University.
