Rinoa Guo is a Research Analyst of Econsult Solutions, Inc. (ESI). Since joining ESI in 2014, she specializes in market potential analysis, economic analysis and modeling. She has proficiency in quantitative and technical skills includingIMPLAN, Excel, STATA, R, QGIS, ESRI, and Adobe.
At ESI, Rinoa focused on projects in in the realm of real estate, transportation, labor markets, and economic development, and litigation.Rinoa has ledprojects of economic analysis and data visualizations using PUMS data (Public Use Microdata Sample) from the U.S. Census and American Community Survey. Those projects involve econometric and statistical analyses ofdemographic individual people or housing level datasets, and allow ESI to produce customized cross tabulationsat the national, state, county, and PUMAs(Public Use Microdata Areas) level.
Additionally, Rinoa has worked on real estate market research and analysis, economic impact analysis, project forecasting, examining commercial corridors, affordable housing. Her recent projects include Rowan University (N.J.) Statewide Economic Impact Report, Technology Transfer and Commercialization in Greater Philadelphia Study, Transforming Retail Economics of Neighborhood Development (TREND) Project,Ardmore transit oriented development, City of Philadelphia Annual Disparity Study.
In May 2014, Rinoa received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. She was a research assistant at Economic Department of Denison University. Originally from China, she is fluent in English and Mandarin.
