    ESI, along with Urbane Development and American Community Trust, conducted an economic analysis of the city of Detroit’s local food economy. The report highlighted the opportunities and challenges of increasing this strategically important sector.

    In partnership with Urbane Development, American Community Trust, and Awakele, ESI assessed the feasibility of a shared food manufacturing facility in urban Honolulu. The comprehensive study analyzed the food-manufacturing ecosystem on O’ahu, assessed market demands, and identified industry and local needs to support project planning and development.
